Welcome to Wellness
I’m a Health & Wellness Navigator, providing virtual assessment, strategy, and support across the US.
While many providers are siloed into separate specialties, I offer a view of whole health with valuable insights and practical therapies that connect to what matters most to you.
As an Acupuncturist with deep knowledge and experience across Eastern, Western, and preventive medicine, I combine the wisdom of ancient traditions with the support of modern science to identify pathways to healing for you.

You will be sent online forms to fill out prior to our appointment. I will ask you to send any labs, radiology studies, and current supplements and medications before we meet. During our appointment, we’ll talk through your concerns and interests to design a wellness plan. Within 48 hours of your appointment, you’ll receive a comprehensive wellness plan with personalized recommendations, resources, and next steps.
-
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete online forms that cover consent and health history. Upon arrival, we will take the time to discuss your concerns and wellness plan. Next, you will receive an acupuncture treatment that lasts 30-45 minutes. You will leave with a follow-up plan and clear instructions. If you can’t access online forms, please contact me to discuss options.
-
When you fill out your pre-visit forms, you will be asked to provide a credit card to keep on file. This will be used for your appointments, late or no-show charges, or other purchases. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Your card will never be charged without consent, and you will receive an emailed receipt. If this is an issue for you, please contact me and we can discuss alternative payment methods.
Community Acupuncture is offered on a sliding scale, with a flat charge of $15 for the first visit. Additional prices will be discussed during our Discovery Call. No proof of income needed.
