What inspires me most is empowering my clients to take wellness into their own hands.

I love it when I see my clients becoming more confident in following the voice of their Inner Healer- Developing their own wellness toolbox, advocating for themselves, caring deeply for their needs. We can achieve so much more wellness with extraordinary self-care!

My work is ultimately to help my clients become aware of things they can do for themselves; to help select the right diet, exercise and mindfulness program to form their foundation for wellness.

I chose to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) because TCM practitioners are trained to discover and heal the underlying causes of disease. I obtained a master’s in TCM from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, which included an internship in Chengdu, China. I have been practicing acupuncture and TCM for a decade in a variety of environments, including creating an integrative medicine and acupuncture program at Good Samaritan Hospital in Denver, working at acupuncture clinics, and establishing my own private practice.

In addition to in person TCM treatments and personal wellness consulting, I also offer navigation for those interested in working safely with plant medicine and other psychedelics. My training with Naropa University’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Certificate program allows me to combine contemplative practice with deep inner work. I work with a team of providers who can help assure your exploration into the deeper parts of yourself is safe and deeply healing.

Together, we will find all the tools you need to be whole and well.

She is thoughtful, deliberate, and knows how to listen. She tailors her sessions to the patient’s needs and provides plenty of ‘do at home’ info. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
